Exciting news: We are expanding nationwide. Now operating in Seattle, Las Vegas, and growing across the U.S.
The H2O Program begins with a free consultation where we review your income, goals, and current housing situation. If you're a good fit, you enter the program at no cost. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at homeownership — money should never be the barrier to getting started.
Hawai'i's housing crisis has left too many hardworking local families on the sidelines. The H2O: Helping Hawai'i's Ohana Program was created to change that. We acquire properties and partner with families who have Ohana Units/ADUs to build housing inventory. Families are placed in a Bridge Home — transitional housing while we prepare rent-to-own properties. When inventory is ready, you transfer into your rent-to-own home and work toward full ownership.
Our mission is to keep Hawai'i families rooted by supporting sustainable housing, cultural preservation, and economic opportunity for local ʻohana.
Apply online. We review your income and goals at no cost.
We evaluate if the program is the right fit for your family.
If you need housing, we place you in an Ohana Unit. Otherwise, we monitor your current residence.
6-8 months of education on budgeting, credit, and sustaining homeownership.
When properties become available, you enter the active H2O purchase track.
After ~2 years, our lending partners help you secure funding to purchase.
A Bridge Home is your first step — transitional housing where your family lives while we prepare rent-to-own properties. It bridges the gap between where you are now and homeownership.
During this time, you receive financial coaching, build stability, and prepare for the next step. When a rent-to-own property is ready, you transfer in and begin working toward full ownership.
Bridge Home → Rent-to-Own → Homeowner. That's the pathway. No credit check to start. Just proof of income and the willingness to build a better future for your ʻohana.
It costs nothing to apply. Free consultation, free sign-up. Let's see if the H2O Program is right for your ʻohana.
